PROTECT YOUR CARDLOCK CARDS
A few reminders to protect your UFA Cardlock card:
- Change your PIN number every 3 months
- Have a different PIN number for each card if you own multiple cards
- Change your PIN numbers when employees leave a company
- Do not keep your card and PIN number in the same location, such as a wallet, purse, card holder etc.
- Always review your monthly statements and monitor daily transactions for suspicious activity online through your myUFA and Cardlink account
- Lost your Cardlock card? Cancel or suspend your card(s) by signing into myUFA IMMEDIATELY and click on Manage my Cards under Cardlink or call UFA's Customer Support at 1-877-258-4500 or email us at Cardlock@UFA.com
